Most projects can be completed in 7-10 days depending on the size and sourcing of materials.
At several points during the screen printing process, the garment is placed under a heat press that can result in an indentation/discoloration called a Press Mark. These do not show up on all garments and disappear after the first wash.
While we have preferred brands such as Bella + Canvas, New Era, District, and Port Authority, we are able to source blank garments from a variety of sources.
Screen printing is optimally done on flat garments. It is possible to print on garments with a seam or zipper near the print area, however some of the quality is lost and the image may be a bit fuzzy.
High quality files are needed for both embroidery and screen printing. Please plan on providing a vector pdf, Illustrator, or Photoshop file for a quality end product.
Most customers do not have a digitized copy of their image for embroidering - or if they do, it may not be compatible with our embroidery machine. If this is the case, a Digitizing Fee will be included in your quote.
